    Associate Case Manager, F.T.

    This individual will provide fill-in staffing for clients who receive Habilitation, Respite, and Autism Waiver services while assisting with clerical work in the office a set amount of time each week. This is envisioned as a growing position to provide work experience that will enable a qualified candidate to transition smoothly to Case Manager when the caseload is sufficient.

    This person will work in a 1:3 or 1:1 ratio with individuals with intellectual disabilities, assisting them to participate in the Creative Gifts community-based program activities.
