    Accounting Assistant/Office Assistant, P.T.

    Job Summary

    This individual will assist the Full Charge Bookkeeper and Administrative Services Director, with bookkeeping and office duties.

    Job Details
    • Assist with entering AP invoice
    •  Be involved in the process of disbursements
    • Enter invoices to schools for billing
    • Reconcile bank accounts
    • Be responsible for petty cash accounts
    • Be responsible for the Rep Payee accounts for residential individuals
    • Assist with billing if needed
    • Assist with mail, banking and other office procedures as needed
    • Assist in any office work delegated by the Administrative Services Director
    • Participate in staff meetings
    • Complete other related duties as assigned
    Job Requirements
    1. Education requirement: High School Diploma plus 2 years experience in bookkeeping  preferred
    2. Skill: General Office Skills
    3. Computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks

    Salary: Commensurate With Experience
    Shift: Approximately 20 Hours Per Week
