Accounting Assistant/Office Assistant, P.T.
Job Summary
This individual will assist the Full Charge Bookkeeper and Administrative Services Director, with bookkeeping and office duties.
Job Details
- Assist with entering AP invoice
- Be involved in the process of disbursements
- Enter invoices to schools for billing
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Be responsible for petty cash accounts
- Be responsible for the Rep Payee accounts for residential individuals
- Assist with billing if needed
- Assist with mail, banking and other office procedures as needed
- Assist in any office work delegated by the Administrative Services Director
- Participate in staff meetings
- Complete other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Education requirement: High School Diploma plus 2 years experience in bookkeeping preferred
- Skill: General Office Skills
- Computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks
Salary: Commensurate With Experience
