    This position is part of our Habilitation Department.  This department is responsible for providing habilitation and respite services in individuals’ homes.  Employees will be working with individuals on personal goals throughout the shift.  For this individual shifts will involve keeping him safe and healthy, encouraging him to participate actively in the activities of the day, getting him out into the community and helping him to make choices.  You will be helping him bathe and must be comfortable with assisting in all aspects of personal care.

    This young man lives in Blue Bell, but also stays in Royersford, Pennsylvania, and because of this it is a requirement that you be available to start and end your work day at either location promptly from 8a – 5p, and transport this gentleman from one house to the other.  (You will be reimbursed for mileage accrued while on outings and transporting him from location to location.)

    Job Requirements

    Work experience in the human services industry is preferred. The following driving requirements are also mandatory:

    • You must have your own transportation.
    • You must be willing to transport clients in your vehicle.
    • Your driving record will be examined and you must have a clear driving history.
    • You must be willing to start and end your day at either Blue Bell or Royersford, Pennsylvania and transport the client from one location to the other.

    Salary: $12 / Hour
    Shift: 8a – 5p, Monday through Friday
