    Job Summary

    This person will work in a 1:1 ratio with individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, assisting them to participate in the Creative Gifts community based program activities.

    Job Details

    This position is part of Peaceful Living’s Creative Gifts program.  Staff will be charged with planning activities and then executing them with a group of individuals.  Community interaction and participation is a large part of what makes Creative Gifts so special for the individuals that you will be serving, so you will be taking our individuals out into the community to participate in bowling, shopping, and many other activities in the community.  You will be asked to assist clients in activities of daily living that may include toileting and other personal hygiene items.

    Job Requirements
    1. Education requirement: High School Diploma/GED.
    2. Valid driver’s license.
    3. Ability to lift 50-100lbs.
    4. Interest in providing holistic care to individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities.

    Salary: $10 – $12 / Hour
    Shift: Day Hours
